Refund & Cancellation Policy

Newton Colaus provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital assets and professional services. Due to the immediate nature of service execution and digital delivery, the Company maintains a strict No-Refund Policy except under specific circumstances.

Newton Colaus provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital assets and professional services. Due to the immediate nature of service execution and digital delivery, the Company maintains a strict No-Refund Policy except under the specific circumstances outlined in this document.

2. Non-Refundable Services

By procuring our Services, you acknowledge that a refund will NOT be issued once:

  • A digital asset (key, code, or credential) has been electronically delivered to you.

  • A professional service has been successfully executed.

  • A third-party platform modifies its terms, infrastructure, or regional availability, affecting the long-term utility of the asset.

3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Newton Colaus will consider a refund or a one-time replacement only in the following "Exceptional Circumstances":

Non-Delivery

If the service is not fulfilled within the promised timeframe due to an internal Company error.

Defective Assets

If a digital asset is proven to be non-functional at the time of delivery (technical verification required).

Inventory Error

If a service is procured but is no longer available in the Company's inventory.

4. Request Process

48-Hour Claim Window

All claims must be submitted to our support team within 48 hours of the transaction timestamp.

To initiate a request, you must provide:

    Transaction ID or Order Reference.

    Detailed evidence of the issue (e.g., technical logs or time-stamped screenshots).

    The request must be sent from the email address associated with the original procurement.

5. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims

Zero-Tolerance Policy

The Company takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent refund claims or unauthorized chargebacks. Any attempt to reverse a transaction for a successfully delivered service will result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to all current and future Company services.

  • Reporting of the incident to relevant anti-fraud databases and payment processors.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–30 business days and will be credited back to the original financial instrument used during procurement, unless requested otherwise.
